What does hair growth look like in the first 3 months?
After the initial healing phase, the transplanted hairs typically shed between weeks two and six. This is completely normal and is called "shock loss." Don't worry — the follicle remains alive beneath the skin. For most patients, the first signs of new growth appear around month three, when fine, thin hairs begin to emerge from the scalp.
When do the transplanted hairs reach their full thickness?
The hair shafts progressively thicken and darken between months six and twelve. By month six, you'll see noticeable improvement in coverage. At nine months, density becomes quite substantial. The final result — with full shaft maturation and maximum density — is typically visible between twelve and eighteen months. Patience during this process is key.
Will the transplanted hair look different from my natural hair?
Not at all. The transplanted follicles are your own hair, taken from the permanent donor zone at the back of your head. They retain their original color, texture, and growth characteristics. Because our 360-degree placement system positions each graft at the exact natural angle, the results are visually indistinguishable from your original hair.
How do you ensure the hairline looks natural and not artificial?

What is the "shock loss" period and should I be concerned?
Shock loss refers to the temporary shedding of transplanted hairs — and occasionally some existing hairs near the treatment area. It typically occurs two to six weeks after surgery. This is a normal physiological response as the follicles enter a brief resting phase before producing new growth. The follicles themselves remain healthy beneath the skin and will produce new hair within a few months.
Do all of the transplanted grafts survive and grow?
