We're very mindful of time differences and do our best to stay responsive.
Can I bring a family member or friend along?
Of course — many of our international patients travel with a spouse, partner, or friend. We're happy to accommodate your companion throughout the entire process. They're welcome to join your consultation, be present during pre-op discussions, and stay with you during recovery. We can also help arrange suitable accommodation for both of you.
What kind of aftercare do you provide once I'm back home?

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We know travel plans can change. If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 7 days before your appointment and we'll gladly find a new date that works for you. Your deposit is fully transferable to your new appointment. If you need to cancel entirely, our cancellation policy will be clearly explained during the booking process — no hidden fees, no surprises.
